Probably the original and most simplistic blind available. We currently run all current ranges from Louvolite, Eclipse and Decora meaning we have over 10000 fabric choices.

Commonly referred to as “office blinds” vertical blinds have received a massive revival in the domestic market. Now available in a range of modern fabrics with a range of coloured headrails to compliment any decor.

All our wood blinds are made from genuine hardwood and are available in approximately 50 colours.

Modern, Bright and available in over 300 colours make aluminium blinds a great choice for people who want to make a statement of their windows.

Pleated Blinds are a highly functional product allowing excellent light and thermal controls. Providing a solution where other blinds are not suitable you can utilise a pleated blind to fulfill the need of shading.

A highly effective and attractive solution for privacy and light control. Similar in operation to a roller blind but made of 2 layers and a opaque/transparent combination striped fabric. When operated the 2 layers pass each other creating a transparent striped effect and a completely opaque effect in unison.

In recent years home automation has become a new norm for a lot of houses. From lights to music, it’s all able to be controlled at the push of a button or the speaking of a command. Blinds are now no different, they can all be motorised and connected to most popular home assistants. Alexa, Google Home and Control 4 automation is compatible with our blinds and can be set up to allow full control of your blinds even when away from home. We also offer more simple and affordable motorised solutions which utilise remote control handsets.

Perfect fit blinds are a new revelation in blind installation. No screws, no holes & no sticky pads. The brackets simply slide under the internal bead of the window and the frame clips straight in.

Here at the Blindsmith, we specialise in high quality shutters in 2 materials, Hardwood & UPVC. There are 3 sizes of Louvre, 63mm, 76mm and 89mm available in all materials and control options. We offer 4 methods of Louvre control giving a different look and feel to the finished product:

• Clearview - No visible rod to the front of the shutter, louvres are controlled by a hidden rod behind the panel and operated by moving any vane in a panel.
• Hidden Tilt - No visible rod the same as Clearview but the control mechanism is contained within the panel itself. They give a more precise control feel to your shutter but are charged as a premium upgrade.
• Centre Tilt Rod - A more traditional look. Controlled by a centre mounted plantation rod. Rod controlled shutters make a feature out of the mechanism.
• Off Set Tilt Rod - A Control rod set 25mm from the hinged side of each panel.
