We were established in 1960 by Grace E Brown.

She built up a small business making up hand finished drapery and upholstery covers. She soon started to also sell the curtain tracks and poles from the shop. She continued the business until 1989 when she retired. My wife and I Malcolm Brown took on the business and ran it in much the same way.
Then in 1998 we started a web site which soon became the main part of the business.
We moved out of a shop and into a mill in 2008 where almost all our trade was internet based, making custom blind kits to customer's sizes for them to make their own blinds.
As the mill was converted into flats we have moved back to our original shop and open the doors to the public again.
