An extremely reliable machine. This is still our best selling machine that is now in its 13th year of production with only minor changes and software updates. A proven design that has been imitated but never surpassed. Includes the Bambi silent compressor.

Manual Re-Roller

This machine has three functions, the easy re-rolling of vertical blind material roll to roll, to redirect patterned fabric, the slitting of fabric and the measuring of fabric on a roll.

Safety Saws

The Safety Saw is 100% safe, clean, much quieter, accurate and saves time. The saw comes supplied with a 6mtr table as standard. Any table size is available above this. The saw include digital measuring, vacuum swarf collection and a silent compressor.

Sewing Machines

The system includes a clamp to the left of the machine that holds the vertical slats in a neat pile. The machine has stitch count and a very easy to use guide system. The machine now incorporates a plunger that gives a perfectly consistent start position, which makes the loading of the machine much quicker. It has two settings, one for the top and one for bottom pockets. Automated start and stop back-tacks and one touch treadle start. An easy to use machine that can give a consistently straight stitch line.

Roller Blind Hemming Machine

An easy to use sewing machine that will give superb results on you roller blinds. Much quicker and easier than no-sew systems, allowing the operator to produce high quality blinds very quickly. Includes a 6 metre conveyor track, rear close coupled puller, single fold folder, shelves and table tops. A double fold folder is also available, an additional guide for attaching scallops is also available.

Ultrasonic Welders

This range of ultrasonic welders brings absolutely top quality welding within the reach of all blind manufacturers. Our ultrasonic welder does not require any additional substrate inserting between the plies. Virtually all of our fabric in the UK is polyester based and this is perfect for welding ultrasonically, this is not a heat welder. This particular machine has also been specifically designed so that you can do straight welding and three sided for sealed in bottom weights, they look superb. No needle holes. The weld time is only about 1 second and the handling has been made as simple as possible. It gives you an absolutely superb finished product. Comes as standard with guides and left hand stack clamp. Available in 90mm widths (but it is possible to produce 130mm slats on this machine too). Includes the Bambi silent compressor.

Roller Blind Tables

Constructed with a sturdy aluminium frame, with 19mm hardwearing black melamine tops. A footprint of 3.1mtrs wide x 3.1mtrs long, which gives a 2.6mtr cut and a length of 2.6mtrs from the front edge of the blade to the front edge of the full width backstop.  Includes front cradle rollers, an easy to lift manual clamp that can be operated from either side and provides secure clamping and a full width, parallel moving backstop. The rotary cutter can remove down to 1mm of fabric.

Manual 3.1mtr Cut Table

As above (standard) but with a 3.1mtr cut, and a 3.1mtr working length. The table has a footprint of 3.6mtrs wide x 3.6mtrs long.

Manual 3.5mtr Cut Table

As above but with a 3.5mtr cut, and a 3.5mtr working length. The table has a footprint of 4mtrs wide x 4mtrs long.

The table has two operating consoles, one at the front of the table, the other set towards the middle. The walking required by the operator to produce a blind is greatly reduced.

Our single posted inspection hoist has a sturdy central pillar, with a carriage that carries a crossbeam. The hoist is operated by a foot pedal. The unit is fully electric, consisting of a geared 3-phase motor that sits at the bottom of the central pillar. The motor is connected to the carriage by a strong toothed belt, this arrangement give a fantastically smooth and quiet operation. The machine only requires a standard single phase electrical supply. Many different brackets can also be supplied.

Our double posted inspection hoist consists of a very substantial square frame, with a 3-phase geared motor. The two side posts have a toothed belt running along down them that is connected to the crossbeam, keeping it perfectly square. This model of hoist can have a light-box fitted. This hoist is operated by a foot pedal and requires a standard 240Vac supply.
