New House was started by Harold Stanier as a clever and innovative textile business back in 1921.

Today it's still owned by the same family who continue the tradition with imaginative contempoary decorative trimmings, haberdashery, home accessories, kitchenware and homewares. Whilst based deep in rural Herefordshire, New House exports products all round the world.
Our philosophy has always been to combine British creativity, flair, craftsmanship and innovation under the one roof.
We are helped that these roofs are in lovely 300yr old buildings, deep in rural Herefordshire, close to a bend in the River Wye. There are remnants of old Roman walls in the gardens, and we're surrounded by miles of quiet woodland and fields so know how lucky we are.
